- Answer I believe you need an account on the Best Buy website. Then you can enter the card number during the Checkout process, and the value remaining on the card will be applied as appropriate. I don't know if more than ONE gift card can be applied for a single purchase online, but it SHOULD be allowed. Try it! If not, make your purchase at a store.

- Answer I would restart your phone or computer because these texts or emails are sent automatically. They are not done manually (by a person). If you press the button for either option, they are sent right away. You will get one or the other.

- Answer No it’s not just for online. You can buy things in the store and get gift cards we purchased in store got two gift cards. I purchased online and was able to get the E gift card.

- Answer E-cards don't work the same as physical gift cards--you have to use the whole value of the e-card in one purchase or lose what remains. Write to customer service if you have a question about this.
