• From what i understand, promotional only applies to certain product you buy that qualify for it, hope that helps

• A promotional gift card can be redeemed after purchase is completed. If you use it to purchase an item and it is returned the amount of the gift card is deducted from the amount you get back and not refunded to you. It is one time use.
