• A:Answer Yes this is more than enough to support the bandwidth for a monitor of those specifications. And yes, the refresh rate should be available in the Windows display options without resolution changes, as long as the monitor lists that in their specs. This also works with DisplayPorts, v1.4 or higher I believe.
