“What do I need to do to get my AirPods to charge? I have them in the AirPods case they were purchased with and have taken off my personalized case but they are still not charging. I have turned them on both sides and no luck!”

• Try unplugging it and plugging it back in. Mine done this but started back charging after the power went out.

• you need to charge phone at the same time or plug in the usb at the bottom under the white flap
