“I purchased this about a month ago and it was working great. Now it seems like its not charging the EarPod case like it used to (no charging light on). Any ideas or suggestions? Other than that, I love the design of this product.”

Same happened to me, take it off and put it back on, if that doesn’t help then I’m plug it and plug it back in
