Tested on a samsung laptop, it DOES keep it charged, but when I plugged in my samsung s22 ultra (a note by any other name) it shows quick charging, not quick charge 2.0, and at a little less than half battery it was 45 min to charge, on the "real" cable it was 42 min to charge.....thats a 45 watt charger. I take it by assumption this is not a 5a cable.
