yes..bought it to convert an old headphones out on an analogue receiver to mini-pin to plug into a bluetooth transmitter so I could send the signal to a bluetooth speaker...amazed that it works perfectly

A stero adapter to what? This can adapt a stereo 3.5 to stereo 6.5 mm lines. Not useful for other stereo plugs.
