“If I’ve unlocked the brackets with the cords but did not need to take the tv down how do the brackets lock back to the mount? Do I just push bottom of tv softly back into the mount?”

• They will go back up in position if you didn't moved the tv. If you did, yes just push softly on the bottom of TV and it wull lock.
