You can - but you'll need to secure a corner mounting block to the wall - then mount this on the block. There are specific TV mounts designed specifically for corners. Depending on how much effort & how "nice" you want this to look (the tv will block most of that was done) will depend on what you choose. However, it would be worth it to spend the xtra money on the actual corner mount. Looks nicer, will be easier to install .
