Did you look inside the mouse for the USB Receiver? When you open the battery door on the bottom it exposes a little pocket where someone can store the USB Receiver. While it's a cool feature, a downside is that if someone opens the door and is not specifically looking for the receiver they likely will miss it. It's also not easy to fish out meaning someone may think it's part of the mouse. The photo shows the USB Receiver which is the black rectangle that is above the ➕ sign on the battery.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don’t think so, there’s a reason they are cheap. I bought this for 9-5 job working from home. exactly six months later it totally stopped working. Imagine if this was for heavy gaming, max you’ll be able to use it would be 3 weeks! Do not buy!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Unfortunately not really as each receiver is programed to a frequency you would have to find one that was the same and that's not worth the hassle... Could always try calling customer service and see what they can do
