My Best buy blue tooth essentials mouse stop powering on, I replaced batteries and put them in correctly, tried resetting holding reset button, still no light come on or power on.

Found the batteries were bad. Replaced and works fine.

Make sure that the + and - signs match the symbols on the ribbon in the compartment. Replace the battery cover. Slide the power switch on the bottom of your mouse to ON then test it.
