“Blue light on top keeps blinking on and off. Replaced batteries, still blinking. Using with Chrome book ,says it is connected but not working. Any ideas?”

If pairing is not successful, the LED blinks for 10 minutes, then turns off. For customer service, please call 866-597-8427
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I know with the instructions for my Kindle 10 (2019 edition) that I had to connect the mouse through the settings on the Kindle in order for the mouse to work with the blue tooth. I'm sorry this is the only blue tooth item I own.
