Really? My youngest son bought me a Roku stick - with a USB-type "plug" AND a hand-held remote control - a few months ago, and I just plugged it into the side of my 50" Insignia flat-screen TV. Now I can access not just "Roku," but all sorts of free and paid channels that are NOT on Amazon Prime. If you have a compatible flat-screen TV: 1) Peek around the "left" side of the TV as you face the screen, and you'll see at least 4 "jack" where you can plug in your Roku USB stick. (Now, my youngest son is really "tech-smart,," but once he explained how it worked, I was able to plug it in and get ALLKINDS of channels that same day. ***It's even better if you have a good ONKYO receiver and decent bookself (or free-standing) speakers to run your sound through. As I said, I just plugged it in to my current TV and it worked right away.
