Yes, I just got a new printer after the tech call and a home visit could not resolve the problem. My old printer was several years old. I just had to return my old printer to the store and they ordered the new one. I had to pay about $30 dollars because the price on the new and improved model had gone up, but I am very pleased. A call to Total Tech walked me through the setup and I was good to go.
