- Answer Dear CMosley, We are so sorry for the inconvenience caused. If you need to adjust the position of the arms, please pull the armrest inwards slightly, then adjust it downwards. - Answer We don’t recommend removing the wheels from this chair as it’s not designed for that use. Our Silent Rolling Casters let you move the chair smoothly when needed, and they also stay perfectly stable on their own—no unwanted sliding without external force.
