“I need a toaster oven that will allow me to bake a regular size pound cake %/ bundt cake, without burning or cooking too fast and not getting done on the inside. Can this oven handle this.”

I don't know that this will bake a bunt cake without burning it or making sure the inside is cooked. Maybe look into a unit with a fan to even out the internal temperature.
