Q: QuestionI have a question about the ad. The height, width and depth: shouldn't the largest number be the width, second highest the depth and the smallest the height? Better Chef - Dual Electric Burner

Q: QuestionIs it basic electric? or is it infrared, microwave or induction? Other materials other than stainless steel? How much space is needed below it when it is hot? Can you use a large pan?

• A:Answer Hi MH. The burner is infrared. Other materials are metals and plastics. If you don't put the burner on a plastic surface, you should be fine with the amount of space between the burner and it's legs. You can use a larger pan as long as the heat is transferred evenly.
