• A:Answer Hi Mego, thank you for purchasing a Beurer product. My name is Sheila from Beurer North America. For a forehead temperature measurement range is from 93.2⁰F to 108⁰F (34⁰C to 42.2⁰C). For an object temperature measurement range is from -7.6⁰F to 176⁰F (-22⁰C to 80⁰C). I hope I was able to answer your questions and concerns.

Q: QuestionIs there an option to turn off the sound? So you can take a sleeping baby’s temperature without waking them up with beeping?

I am pleased to inform you that you may deactivate the acoustic signals for this product in the settings menu by selecting OFF using the MODE/MEM button when the acoustic signal is flashing intermittently and then confirming the selection by pressing the LIGHT/SET button.
