Absolutely! The speaker's sensitivity is 95. Even a small quality amp or receiver will make these sound very nice. Driving these with my NAD 317 integrated amp, 80 watts per channel, makes these sing like Sinatra. These speakers don't have to be played loud to sound good, but if you choose to play them loud, they will do that very well. In summary- they sound very nice from background music levels to defibrillator levels. A quality product.
