QuestionNever used a bidet before. Is this a good one for trying out to see if you like a bidet? Truthfully, I would like a more advance one with heated water and some additional features, but dont want to drop that amount before knowing ill like it.

- Answer Hello, This would be a good fit for a first timer. One thing you should know about non-electric bidets is that the water pressure is controlled by the water pressure in your home. This means that most non-electric bidets tend to have a stronger pressure than an electric bidet. If you have stronger pressure in your home, you might not be able to fully adjust the pressure as needed. QuestionWhere can I get a replacement screw for the bidet attachment. the thread on the left screw must be defective. I can't tighten it to keep the toilet seat in place.
