Can this be used as a wet/dry vacuum? null

I believe it can and I would do that. But I would suggest that you realize that it needs to dry because the power strength of the device is not like a huge 4 foot vacuum

no....just a small handheld for dust, crumbs, etc.

I would recommend using it for wet the dust bag is small and sk water could leak out
