• This machine does not actually heat the water, and limits the tap water temp (to I think 140?). The steam it puts out is not hot so I personally am disappointed. This is not a sanitizing machine.

• It is not a steam cleaner. It applies water to the surface you are cleaning. It does not heat the water. It uses water at whatever temp you fill the tank.
