• It does have 2 tanks. I’m actually impressed with this machine — best one I’ve ever had (and I have two dogs).

• It does have two tanks. Both are super simple to remove. The fill tank just lifts out. The dirty tank, you only need to lift the handle and pull out. Then you move the handle all the way over to take off the lid. Very easy to use.
