Can this vacuum dust under the bed . How high is it? null

If you hold your hand straight with fingers together and just touch the floor with the tallest finger then the sweeper part will just about touch the bottom of the thumb - is about as high as the part that touches the thumb (adult woman).

Definitely. Detach the canister and the vacuum will go almost completely flat.
