We are currently using it on luxury vinyl flooring. I can definitely see it being a good unit for laminate. Just dont want to get the floor overly wet. The heat from the steam helps dry quickly with an application of a fan blowing across the floor.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.They say "no" to never use steam mops on laminate floors according to my contractor. However, the laminate floors in my place aren't the greatest. So, I decided to risk it because I love steam mops and they just feel cleaner to me. I've had no problems. I don't notice any difference. If anything its probably the heat, that might darken or lighten the color of your floors so, I suggest testing out a small area first.
