• Yes on replacements...they will stop scenting after a while. But they are strongly scented (at least I think so) and I cut mine in half to use.

• The discs need replacements. And you slide it under the pocket of the mop cover. I never use it, don't see a difference when i have... so decided to save my money.

• Yes, when the discs no longer work the require a refill for scent.
