“How do I get pet hair out of the suction part that goes over the bristles??? It's so thin that you can't fit anything in it to clean it out. I'm not talking about the guard right above the bristles but the part that attaches that will come off above it.”

Have you tried the long skinny gray tool that comes in the accessories bag? It worked great for me!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The cleanout tool doesn't work well, I have cut my hands on the plastic end several times. Get a LONG heavy duty zip tie & you can push the debris up to the top & then turn over the guard & run water through the tiny gap until the debris rinses out. Works way better.
