• No, this product is made to clean carpets, stairs and upholstery.

• The manual says that you can clean hard surfaces. It does require an attachment that was not included with product when I purchased this model. Bissell website would be the best place to double check.

• This cleaner is designed primarily for carpet however there is an optional hard floor brush available direct from BISSELL.
