“I've only used it twice, now brushes won't turn . I cleaned everything, still no result”

• Check to see if one of the bands have snapped. If the machine picks up a sharp object or piece of dog bone it can act like a razor and cut it. If not covered under your warranty it's an easy fix once you of order the replacement band's from Bissel. Usually the only tool you would need is a screwdriver to get to them
