It won't suck up the water - what is going on? null

Make sure your clean tank has enough water. The dirty tank is not full or close to full and the filter for the dirty water tank is cleared.

I accidentally left my attachment flap open once and I was like it’s not sucking up water...but I closed it and it’s working fine.

You may have to check if dirty water tank is full or choked by dirt inside.
