If your old carpet cleaner is a BISSELL upright model, you can confidently use the Revolution Formula with OXY. It’s backward-compatible and will give you the same deep-cleaning performance as with newer machines. Notice that This formula is not intended for portable spot cleaners or non-BISSELL machines. If your older carpet cleaner is a BISSELL upright, you’re good to go
