• While the convection fan does not operate when you use your oven to toast, there is no way to turn off the convection feature when baking.

• No there is a turbo setting for the convection feature.

• I would actually say this is more of a toaster oven. It has separate dials for toasting and oven modes. It can make things like frozen pizza's etc. but I wouldn't expect it to bake dishes in glass cookware. It is also very small only a small frozen personal size pizza fits or 5 corn dogs at a time.
