“Does this handle protrude out away from glass? Had problem burning fingers on an oster where handle was mounted on glass and too close to top glass edge which was too hot and burned knuckles. Where do I enter a correct value in the required field? thank”

Thank you for your inquiry, joanpatricia. The handle to this toaster oven extends out 1.25 inches from the glass. Due to the housing being stainless steel, it is recommended that oven mitts or pot holders be used whenever the toaster oven is in use, as the exterior will be very hot.
