- Answer This oven fits a 13"x9" pan. The internal dimensions are approximately 16.5"x12.5"x9.5".

QuestionI tried to bake a cake at 350 degrees. I used a thermometer. I let it warm up to 350 . It went up to 425 then later down to 250. Is this normal? Baking should be at an even temp. I tested it again with nothing in it. Same thing happened. I will return it.

QuestionAre the dimensions listed wrong? The specs say 22" wide x 11.5" deep x 14.5" height? So this is taller than it is deep? Or are the numbers mixed up in the specs? Thx.

- Answer I measured 21 1/4 inches wide 11.5 inches deep 11 1/4 inches height I hope this helps

QuestionDoes this handle protrude out away from glass? Had problem burning fingers on an oster where handle was mounted on glass and too close to top glass edge which was too hot and burned knuckles. Where do I enter a correct value in the required field? thank

- Answer Thank you for your inquiry, joanpatricia. The handle to this toaster oven extends out 1.25 inches from the glass. Due to the housing being stainless steel, it is recommended that oven mitts or pot holders be used whenever the toaster oven is in use, as the exterior will be very hot.
