I went to the ATT store. They adjusted the SIM card. Was in and out of the store less than 15 minutes. Phone was ready to take calls. I bought my phone at Best Buy. In addition I have ATT pro tech. They were excellent helping me with the set up and data transfer. Highly Recommend the service. They called me back in a few days to make sure I was adjusting.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Easiest way if you haven't switched phones before is to take it in to the Best Buy store. An AT&T store will also do it. Or, if you're comfortable with DIY, pop out your old SIM and SD card and just put them in the new phone. You may have to transfer other data, too. Check Crackberry.com.
