Yes, they move, so you can adjust them as needed.

Camera is fix position does not pan. But has about 160 degree view.

The Blink cameras included mount will allow you to easily adjust the positioning of, and pan, tilt or swivel the camera. Blink’s camera positioning and/or view cannot be controlled via the app.
