I moved so had problems reinstalling. I sent an email to customer support. They said to use 2.4 instead of 5g. Just change your smart phone (or whatever device you're using to set up the system) to use 2.4 Ghz. After set up, you can switch your phone back to use 5Ghz. The kind folk's ad Blink customer support include a phone number in their response should you still have problems.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The Blink Systems (including the Blink Mini) do currently require a 2.4ghz wifi-based Internet connection to operate. Blink is not compatible with wifi networks broadcasting a 5ghz signal.
