• Hi Kk, swapping hardware alone will not stop access. The Sync Module 2 and each camera must be removed from the old Blink account first, then you can factory reset and add them to a brand new Blink account that only you control. If any device remains registered to the old account, it cannot be added to a new one, which prevents an ex from reconnecting without your permission. Hope this helps!
