• No, they do not they stay stationary. That is one thing that would be nice though if they moved side to side.

• Hi Jg! The Blink Mini 2 does not have pan and tilt capabilities. I would recommend considering the Blink Pan-Tilt Camera, as it has the features you're looking for. Hope this helps have a great day!
