Does it give authorities access ? Like ring does? null

My understanding was that authorities only had it if you authorized that.

The Blink cameras, when armed record clips based on motion detection only and send a notification to your compatible mobile device, it would be up to the user to contact the local authorities if needed once reviewing the clip.
