Will this cam work with the ring system null

I'm not really sure about that, I doubt it because they're two different systems but like I said I'm not sure you could try it.

Currently Blink only integrates with IFTTT and Amazon Alexa-enabled devices, you can certainly use the Blink System and the Ring System in the same location however they would not integrate with each other.

I'm not sure about this, I don't think so. You can try it and see but I don't think that it will work.
