- Answer Here are the Blink System requirements: A non-cellular 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network (name and password) and high speed Internet connection (DSL, Cable, Fiber) with a minimum 2 Mbit/sec upload speed. Unfortunately, due to high latency issues, we do not recommend using Blink with Satellite providers. Please note that Blink is unable to gain internet access on networks that require authentication through a third-party login website.

- Answer The Blink System (including the Blink Mini) does currently require a 2.4ghz WiFi-based Internet connection to operate. Blink is not compatible with wifi networks broadcasting a 5ghz signal.

- Answer You can only have one username/email address and password per account however, you can download our app to as many compatible iOS, Android and Amazon Fire devices as you’d like, so the entire household can receive alerts or check in at home. When launching the app on additional devices, please use the sign in option to access the account you created on your first Blink connected mobile device. You will not have to go through the setup process again. Please note you will not be able to use Live View from multiple devices at the same time.

- Answer Hello Donnie, in order to save videos to a separate storage device you would need to add the Blink Sync Module XR to your system. The Sync Module XR allows you to add a 256 Micro SD card for local storage. Have a great day!

- Answer Hello Google Assistant is not natively supported by Blink cameras and would need a 3rd party app to connect. However, Blink does connect seamlessly with Alexa enabled products. I hope this information helps. Have a great day!

- Answer Hi Mount, Yes, Blink Mini cameras can be mounted on a wall or ceiling, not just placed on a shelf. The cameras come with a versatile mount that allows for screws, or you can use third-party adhesive mounts to avoid drilling, enabling them to be positioned on walls, in corners, or on ceilings. - Answer Hello Justin, Yes the Blink Doorbell will chime through the Blink Mini however there is a setting that needs to be changed in the Blink App for this to work. Make sure that both devices are connected to your Wifi and Functioning first, then, from the Blink App; - Select your Doorbell from your devices - Navigate to the Doorbell's Settings - Select "Doorbell and Chime Settings" - Enable "Use Blink Mini Camera as Chime" This will get you all set to go. If these steps don't work. In both of your device settings, I would check to make sure their aren't any software updates that need to be done to the devices. I hope this helps!

- Answer It depends on the lighting conditions. In the dark, you can only see it in shadows, and it won't be very clear. However, if you stay in an area with some light, you'll be able to see it well in black and white. If there is a small light bulb nearby, you'll be able to see it in color. - Answer We had it standing up on a small raised table. It is very small. I believe mounting accessory is available for purchase and possibly would retain signal connection better if mounted.

- Answer It depends on the distance between apartments. If they aren’t very far apart, you should be able to. My apartment is 3 blocks away from my job and I can see the video really well.
