WILL CURRENT BLINK XT2 SYSTEM BE DISCONTINUED? null

Since Blink has launched a new camera we can expect that the Blink XT2 system might be purposefully out of stock so that they are not competing with their own product. Given that the new camera has the same chip, same battery system, a few software upgrades, a lighter unit (maybe due to cheaper materials), and a required monthly membership for storage (yay! - sarcasm). Even the dullest blade in the room would recognize that their predecessor the Blink XT2 is obviously a better choice, so to not compete with themselves I expected it to be temporarily unavailable..... Maybe permanently. Buy the XT2 if you still can, they are much better as you have the option to not pay a monthly subscription.

I love my blink xt2 cameras, I am trying to find more to buy. I have friends that brought them to and love them they said it is the best cameras they ever got.

We want to make sure that our customers have the ability to choose between options based on their needs and preferences. While the legacy XT2 outdoor camera is still available, it will be offered for purchase.
