It works with old sync modules? null

Hi Cesar! This is a battery extension designed for the Blink Outdoor 4, so it won't work on it's own with any Sync Modules. The Outdoor 4 cameras themselves are compatible with all existing Sync Modules. I hope that helps, have a great rest of your day!
