• Hello, The Blink Video Doorbell can be connected to powered wiring from a mechanical or digital chime with a transformer rated from 16-24 volts AC, at 50-60Hz (the North American standard). If you choose to use the Doorbell wire-free, the default chime sound will play on the Doorbell whenever the button is pressed. The same sound will notify you on your mobile device.
