The wording "wired or wire free" is very deceiving from the sales point. The batteries are the only power source for the blink door bell. The wiring is just a connection so that your old bells can ring when the blink bell button is pressed. You are looking at replacing your batteries often and the sales pitch is deceiving as if the blink bell is using your old wiring & voltage to work.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Batteries are only for wireless. No batteries required when hard wired. A typical doorbell transformer can take 2 door bell buttons for the same hard wired door bell chime. But obviously your blink app will only be good for where you install it.

As long as the transformer can supply the necessary power, then you should be able to have two Doorbells sharing it. We recommend you consult a qualified individual familiar with Video Doorbells during setup.
