• Hi there, A subscription is not required for the Blink video doorbell. A subscription is only required if you wish to use cloud storage for the video files. The other storage option would be to use a Sync Module 2 along with your doorbell, and plug a USB flash drive into the Sync Module 2. This method will allow you to save clips locally to that USB and view them from your phone.
