“Is the Blink Doorbell weather resistant ??? Can it be placed directly on wall or does it need to be covered by a roof ??”

• Blink doorbell is neither weatherproof or weather resistant. I have gone through 3 of them water logged in the lense. They were replaced at no charge but it's a hassle.

• The Blink Doorbell is weather resistant. You should be fine sticking it straight on the wall. Will it last longer under an eve? Probably. But it does have a seal around it to protect the internals from water and moisture.
