• No it can only save locally on physical microSD card media as a non subscriber, but this is very easy and many newer cameras don’t even give that choice. As a subscriber it saves to their servers and I did observe any option for doing so elsewhere but I can guarantee that part. Seems unlikely though.

• iCloud is an Apple service which has no association to Blink whatsoever. a Blink subscription, or Local Storage, is needed in order for a Blink system to record clips. iCloud is specific to your iPhone's storage.
