Hi there, thank you for reaching out! There are a few common reasons your Blink Video Doorbell may have stopped ringing while the video still works. First, check the Blink app notification settings, open the app, tap your doorbell's device settings, and make sure "Doorbell Alerts" or "Chime Alerts" are toggled on (green). Next, check your phone's notification settings to ensure the Blink app is allowed to send notifications and that Do Not Disturb mode is not enabled. If you're relying on an in-home chime or an Alexa device to announce rings, verify that those are still linked and enabled in the app under Doorbell and Chime Settings. Low battery can also cause this, open the app and check the battery level, and if it's low, replace them with fresh AA 1.5V lithium batteries (avoid alkaline or rechargeable). Finally, try power cycling the doorbell by removing the batteries for 10 seconds and reinserting them.
